At Roast'n, we want you to love every sip and bite; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or email our support team with your order number and reason for the return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original packaging; for food safety reasons, bags of coffee must be unopened and heat-seals must remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
