In the Chikmagular region of South India, this estate has been producing coffee for over 100 years, and is now run by Poormina Jairaj. This coffee is grown in rich, biodiversity with shade-grown trees and multi-crop integration. Indian coffee is naturally lower in acidity, yet still retains its complex flavor profiles to offer a delicious cup every time.
