Our Dark Sumatra coffee has low acidity, so the intensity and flavor lingers on your tongue.  Dark Sumatra coffee has a distinctive earthy aroma and lingering low notes. The heavy, full body and concentrated herbal spice notes make this a great coffee. Sumatra uses a wet-hulled process, a hybrid coffee method for processing their coffee, which is where its distinct taste comes from.
