Butterfly Pea Flowers

These bright blue flowers will add magic to any beverage, hot or cold. On their own they steep up a gorgeous blue, but a pH reaction with citrus will then turn the liquid a variety of colors, from pink to purple to green! Great to use for tea, lemonade, cocktails, or anything where you want to infuse an element of surprise.
